You can only have one ufirst Private account in your sole name.

You can have more than one joint ufirst Private account, as long as the other account holder is different on each one.

DragonPass Premier+ gives you unlimited access to over 1,100 lounges worldwide, plus you can enjoy discounts at airport restaurants, cafés and spas. To pre-book visit the DragonPass app and follow the on-screen instructions. Not every lounge allows pre-booking and will be subject to availability. £5 pre-booking fee will apply.

What you need to know:

• We’ll send you a DragonPass Premier+ membership number once your Reward Black account is open. You will need your membership card to gain access to lounges and receive discounts. A digital version of your membership number is also available through the dedicated DragonPass Premier+ app which is free to download from the Apple App and Google Play Store. The app provides full details about your benefits including lounge locations and opening times, and the ability to purchase guest visits and pre-book selected lounges.
• If you have a joint account and are travelling with the other account holder, you will both need to show you membership numbers, either the plastic version or through the app, to access lounges and receive discounts.
• Airport lounges are owned and operated independently of DragonPass. Admission is granted subject to capacity and at the discretion of the lounges.

You and you eligble family can enjoy automatic mulit-trip cover up to 31 days per trip including winter sports trips. If you or anyone covered by the policy has a medical condition, certain conditions apply to your cover. Travel insurance is underwritten by AWP P&C SA and administered by AWP Assistance UK Ltd trading as Allianz Assistance.

What you should know:

• Cover automatically begins when you open your ufirst Private Current Account.
• Cover includes you, your partner and children under 18 (or under 23 and in full-time education).
• You have to live in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man and be registered with a doctor there.
• A policy excess of £75 applies to most claims for each insured person, for each section, for each claim incident.
• If anyone covered by the policy is aged 70 or over, you must contact us each year to obtain cover. You will need to pay an annual premium of £75 per person insured aged 70 or over.
• You can check online if this travel insurance covers new or existing medical conditions here. An extra fee may apply, or some conditions might not be covered.

If our insurers Allianz Assistance are unable to offer you an upgrade to extend the level of cover you need, or your upgrade insurance premium is higher than you expected because you have medical conditions, help could still be available.

You may be able to obtain alternative travel insurance cover for pre-existing medical conditions by contacting one of the providers featured in the MoneyHelper Directory of specialist travel insurance providers for people with serious medical conditions. You and your family’s phones are automatically covered for loss, theft, accidental damage and breakdown (once your manufacturer’s or any other relevant warranty has expired), wherever you are in the world. The excess for each approved claim is £100. Underwritten by Aviva Insurance Limited.

What you need to know:

• Covers the phone used on a daily basis by you, your partner and/or your children under 18 years old who live at home with you (under 23 years old if they are still in full time education and living at home with you outside term time).  There is no cover for phones owned by your employer.
• In total four approved claims can be made on this policy in any 12 month period.
• Replacement phones are refurbished handsets in ‘as new’ condition using genuine manufacturer parts and include a 12-month warranty.
• There is a £100 excess for each approved claim.

Cover starts as soon as your account is open, but you can register your handset to make the claims process quicker.

What's not covered:

• Devices with a screen size over 7 inches are not covered.
• No cover if you deliberately put the phone at risk or left it visible in an unattended vehicle.
• No cover for information or apps stored on the phone.
• No cover for any costs resulting from unauthorised use.

How does it work?

• Tickets have to be booked by phoning the membership services on 0370 600 0661*. Ticketmaster events can be booked online through the membership website

Lines are open Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm (excluding bank holidays) and Sat 9am - 5-pm. Calls cost up to 10p per minute plus up to 16p connection charge from BT lines. Calls from other networks may vary. Calls may be recorded.

Cash-back applies to up to four tickets per event.

There are two different types of overdraft:

• An arranged overdraft, which allows you to go overdrawn up to an agreed limit.
• An unarranged overdraft. This is when you spend more money than you have in your current account without already having an arranged overdraft, or when you exceed your current arranged overdraft limit.

We charge interest on both types of overdraft. Going into an unarranged overdraft limit can lead to payments being rejected.

Third Party Permissions

If you have given permissions to Third Party Providers to make payments on your behalf, or to access your financial data, access to these services won’t be transferred automatically to your new account as part of the Current Account Switch Service.

Before you close your old account, check whether you have any Third Party Provider permissions set up and if so, who with.

Once your new account is open you can give your permission to the Third Party Provider to access your new account by providing them with your new account details. You will need to contact the Third Party Provider directly yourself to set this up.
