Banking My Way is a free service that allows you to record information about the support or adjustments you need to make banking easier. The Banking My Way service is available to customers aged 16 or over in the mobile app or Anytime Banking.

If you’re feeling a bit stuck with money, this handy app tool can show you where there’s wiggle room. It sorts your spending into 12 categories – like bills, groceries and transport – then it pulls out personalised insights to help you budget better. It can even help you set spending targets.

You'll need a UK or international mobile number in specific countries. Spending Tracker is available to customers aged 16+ who have a Personal or Premier account with us.
Anytime Banking is available to customers aged 11+ with an eligible Ulster Bank Northern Ireland account.
Free, confidential money advice
As well as speaking to us about your money worries, you may like to get some independent debt advice. We’re partnered with PayPlan (a third-party company) whose friendly service is completely free of charge. They can work with you to put together a personalised action plan to help you get back in control of your finances.
