- Never give your Anytime or Mobile Banking security details to anyone else, including your Customer Number, full PIN, full password or card reader codes
- Never enter your Anytime Banking details in full on a computer or mobile device
- Use strong password which are at least 8 characters long, combination of upper and lower case and include numbers and letters
- If you suspect that someone has got hold of your details, tell us as soon as possible

- Check that no-one's looking over your shoulder when using Anytime or Mobile Banking in public
- Public WiFi hotspots are not always secure. Try to access Anytime / Mobile Banking on safer networks
- Beware of unsolicited contact (email, phone call, text message, home visit). We will never ask you to pay money away from your account to protect yourself from a fraud
- Review your account activity regularly and alert us immediately if you notice something unusual
