That’s right – a simple, safe and secure unique link that you give to your customer to pay. Can be helpful, even if you don’t have a website of your own, it also uses ‘3D Secure’ technology to protect against fraud.
Here you’d use your internet browser to take payments over the phone. You’ll also be able to keep an eye on your transactions using a secure desktop, tablet or laptop.
It’s simple when you’re with Tyl. We’ll charge you a single monthly fee, and there’s also processing costs and PCI, which we’ll give you more details about in your personalised quote.
There’s no long contracts either – just a rolling one. And access to the Tyl portal for no additional cost will mean you always know where your money is.
You’ll pay £14.95 (+VAT per month).
We’re reducing the likelihood of fraud by using the ‘3D Secure’ programme across our hosted payments pages and virtual terminals to look after your customer data. What’s more, they all comply with 3DS2 too, which is the government’s new even more secure payment rules.
Based on your business needs, your quote will be a 30-day rolling agreement, not a fixed term contract.
You’ll be able to take payments after you’ve been approved and set up. That’s usually within 48 hours.
The money will be in your account the next business day, which we think is pretty handy.
Use the Tyl portal to keep an eye on everything – it’s all included in your package.
Tyl will make sure that you have a test (or ‘sandbox’) account so that you (or your friendly web developer) can literally play around with your new feature before you make it live.
There’s also a guide to help you out and make sure that you can connect to the hosted payment page.
And if you need a hand with anything there’s real people on hand to chat to as well. You can get in touch with our specialist dedicated support team if you arrange a session via email online@support.natwest-tyl.com (Monday – Friday 9am-5pm).
If you’re already one step ahead and you’ve already got e-comm shopping cart functionality, then there’s super simple plug-ins available. Built for Tyl by Sellxed, you’ll find them for some of the most popular platforms.
