Ulster Bank will be withdrawing stand alone Travel Insurance from sale effective from 3rd February 2012.

Existing Ulster Bank Travel Insurance (stand-alone) customers:

If you already have a stand-alone Ulster Bank Travel Insurance product, your policy will continue until its expiry date. At this point you will not be able to renew with Ulster Bank.

ufirst, ufirstgold and ufirst Private Travel Insurance customers:
If you are an existing ufirst, ufirstgold or ufirst Private customer, you are not affected by this change. These accounts offer a range of banking and lifestyle benefits that deliver real value and savings and are subject to a monthly membership fee. You can also avail of additional protection benefits, including travel insurance at no extra cost.

Over 18s only. ufirst account monthly membership fee is €10. ufirstgold account monthly membership is €14. ufirst Private account monthly membership fee is €14. There is a monthly fee of €36 for the Private Relationship service provided to customers of Ulster Bank Private charged via their ufirst Private account.
