If you have an existing Ulster Bank Travel Insurance policy it will continue until its expiry date. If you have a query, or wish to make a complaint in relation to your policy, please contact us on 1800 666 100

ufirst†, ufirstgold† and ufirst Private Travel Insurance customers:
If you are an existing ufirst, ufirstgold or ufirst Private customer, you are not affected by this change. These accounts offer a range of banking and lifestyle benefits that deliver real value and savings and are subject to a monthly membership fee. You can also avail of additional protection benefits, including travel insurance at no extra cost.

Over 18s only. ufirst† account monthly membership fee is 10. ufirstgold† account monthly membership is 14. ufirst Private account monthly membership fee is 14. There is a monthly fee of 36 for the Private Relationship service provided to customers of Ulster Bank Private charged via their ufirst Private account.
