Telephone and Internet banking features available to Adapt customers aged 16 and over are request and view electronic statements (paper statements can't be switched off), view balances and transactions, order statements, credit books and transfer funds.

When you reach 18 years we may change your Account to a Current Account, Student Account or another Account which we believe with good reason is right for you.
