  • Additional physical security layer smartcard and readers to control access and authorisation.


System and Payment Security

  • Local system administrator decides who uses the system and defines what their access rights are.
  • Local administrator control over routine tasks e.g. password resets.
  • Flexible payment authorisation controls - you decide each users' level of authority and limits.
  • Physical security layer (smartcard and readers) to provide additional security to payment approvals.
  • Dual Authorisation feature requires 2 approvers for every payment.
  • Automatic system flags if there have been any changes to payment "templates" since last approval e.g. beneficiary account details change.


Greater visibility of your accounts to help you make informed financial decisions

  • View up to 999 domestic and international accounts real time (including deposit* and loan accounts).
  • Online Data Archive - view up to 15 months historical balance and transaction information online and up to 12 months billing details.
  • Export balance and transaction information ("CSV", Comma Separated Variable file format).
  • Bankline provides you with an online audit trail on all activity around a payment from creation to approval, by individual user.
