• Who can apply? - All new and existing Ulster Bank mortgage holders residing in the United Kingdom, aged between 18 and 64 and in permanent employment, including self-employment for at least 16 hours per week.
• What does it cost? - The cost of the insurance is £5.12 (including insurance premium tax) per £100 of monthly benefit selected by you. You have the option of choosing repayment benefit for less or more than your current monthly mortgage repayments (up to a maximum of £2,000) and 125% of your current mortgage repayment.
• No medical examination required.
