Interest-free overdraft

There's the opportunity to apply for an interest-free overdraft up to £2,000 for students (depending on your year of study) and £1,500 for graduates. You can ask us to lower or raise your limit at any time.

Discounted personal loans

The move from being a student to graduate can be an expensive time. Why not relax a little with the knowledge that you can ask us for a discounted personal loan up to £5,000 (depending on your circumstances).

Commission-free travel money

This service allows you to buy or change foreign currency and traveller's cheques at any Ulster Bank branch without paying the usual commission.

Pay for goods and services

Use your Maestro debit card to pay for goods and services in shops or on the internet. It's also a £100 cheque-guarantee card and cash card.

Pay bills

It's easy to set up Standing Orders and Direct Debits on your account either online or in any branch.

Credit card

A responsible credit limit, the first nine months provide interest-free credit and no yearly fee makes this credit card a handy little extra in your wallet. (0% on balance transfers and purchases for 9 months, then typical APR 18.9% variable). You can even add your own personal touch to the card by placing your photo on it.

Withdraw cash

You're never far from your money. You can also check your balance, or get a mini-statement from an Ulster Bank cash machine.
