Level 1 Service - Anytime Text Alerts

Our free text alerts allow you to keep track of your finances on the move via text message.

• Weekly balance update - once a week, we'll send you your account balance by text. You choose when it's sent. A Friday afternoon, perhaps, so you know how much is in your account ahead of the weekend. Or a Monday morning, so you know how much you have for the coming week.
• Limit alert - we'll alert you by text when your account goes above or below a pre-set limit. A useful way to know when your salary cheque has reached your account or you're about to go overdrawn.

Text alerts are free, simple to set up and work with all mobile phones.

Level 2 Service - Upgrade from Text Alerts to our full Mobile Phone Banking application

Once registered for Anytime Text Alerts, it's easy to upgrade for free to the full Anytime Mobile Banking service* to get even greater control of your finances.

Simply download the mobile phone banking app to your mobile handset and in addition to setting up and managing your text alerts, you can:

• Get balance enquiries - view up to the minute account balances any time, anywhere.
• View Mini statements - see your last six transactions. Have you been paid? Has that payment gone out? Now you know.
• Add up to 10 accounts - register any Ulster Bank account you hold a debit card for to keep and eye on all your finances while on the move.
