Investment 2 Year Fixed Rate
Our Investment 2 Year Fixed Rate mortgage gives you security and peace of mind of knowing in advance what your monthly repayment will be until the end of your fixed term.
Based on affordability, not rental income
Unlike with some buy to let mortgages, the amount you can borrow isn't reliant on the amount of rent your property has the potential to generate. As well as the achievable rental value, we will take into account any disposable income you may have, to top up your monthly mortgage repayments where rental income does not cover the mortgage payments. Ideal when you want to buy in an area where prices have risen - and have the potential to keep rising steadily - but where rents have remained static. It also gives you the flexibility to invest with an eye on the long term, without over-stretching yourself
Your repayment options
The Buy to Let Mortgage is primarily a capital and interest repayment mortgage but you can choose to make interest-only payments for up to five years, after which your repayments will increase to cover the capital part of your repayment. This is a popular option for landlords investing over the long term.
